社会组织参与乡村振兴的现状与路径分析——以城市郊区留守型村庄X村为例

The Current Situation and Path Analysis of Social Organizations’ Participation in Rural Revitalization—A Case Study of X Village, a Left behind Village in the Urban Suburb

摘要: 乡村振兴是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要组成部分，而社会组织则是其重要的助推力量，能够为实现产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕等目标发挥巨大的作用。文章针对杭州市富阳区常安镇X村，应用田野调查法和半结构式访谈法，对当地乡村振兴的现状、社会组织在乡村振兴过程中发挥的实际作用及其面临的困境进行深入的探究。根据社会组织参与X村乡村振兴的基本情况，从村民人际信任、乡村人才资源、村干部配合意愿、社会组织发展层面进行现状分析，并提出促进社会组织参与乡村振兴的参考路径，有利于更好地推动乡村振兴。

Abstract: Rural revitalization is an important component of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and social organizations are its important driving force, which can play a huge role in achieving the goals of industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance, and affluent life. This article focuses on X Village, Chang’an Town, Fuyang District, Hangzhou City, and applies field survey and semi-structured interview methods to deeply explore the current situation of local rural revitalization, the practical role played by social organizations in the process of rural revitalization, and the difficulties they face. Based on the basic situation of social organizations participating in rural revitalization in X Village, this paper analyzes the current situation from the perspectives of interpersonal trust among villagers, rural talent resources, willingness of village cadres to cooperate, and development of social organizations. It proposes reference paths to promote the participation of social organizations in rural revitalization, which is conducive to better promoting rural revitalization.
