Psychological Help Delay: Theory, Influencing Factors and Measuring Tools

摘要: 研究旨在介绍心理求助延宕的相关概念、理论、影响因素及测量工具。结果显示，该研究领域研究还相对不足，且多为定性研究。未来研究应深入探讨延宕概念及理论构建、开发标准化测量工具、采用更丰富研究方法、重视影响因素的交互作用等，这将丰富对该现象的理解，为制定应对策略提供更全面参考。
Abstract: This study aims to introduce the related concepts, theories, influencing factors and measuring tools of psychological help delay. The results show that the research in this field is relatively insufficient, and most of the research is qualitative. Future studies should further explore the concept and theory construction of delay, develop standardized measurement tools, adopt more diversified research methods, and pay attention to the interaction of influencing factors, which will enrich the understanding of this phenomenon and provide a more comprehensive reference for formulating coping strategies.
