视神经鞘膜包裹的眶内异物1例

摘要: 本文报道1例行眶内异物取出术，在术中发现异物完全被视神经鞘膜包裹的病例，以分享手术体会。患者，男，29岁，5个月前因铁屑进入右眼致右眼外伤，现要求取出眼球内异物，来我院就诊。
Abstract: This article reports a case of intraorbital foreign body removal, where during the procedure, it was discovered that the foreign body was completely enveloped by the optic nerve sheath. The purpose is to share the surgical experience. The patient, a 29-year-old male, had sustained a right eye injury five months ago due to iron filings entering the eye. He presented to our hospital seeking removal of the intraocular foreign body.
