雄安新区白洋淀渔民转型就业的路径探析

Analysis of the Path of Transformation and Employment of Fishermen in Bai Yangdian in Xiong’an New Area

摘要: 2017年，雄安新区横空出世。随着雄安新区的建设，白洋淀附近部分村庄进行了拆迁移民工作，被拆迁村庄的渔民群体也由此导致生计断裂，帮助渔民群体转型就业成为重要问题。通过对渔民转型的影响因素分析，发现白洋淀渔民转型不仅受客观因素能力本领、人口流失、沉没成本的影响，还受文化观念、生活习性、个人主义等主观因素的影响。鉴于此，本文提出了具有针对性的对策建议：提供政策支持，发展地区特色产业，促进文化旅游融合发展，开展技能课程培训，鼓励多元合作，大力发展集体经济，助力渔民转型就业。

Abstract: In 2017, Xiong’an New Area was born. With the construction of Xiong’an New Area, some villages near Bai Yangdian have been demolished and resettled, and the livelihood of fishermen in the relocated villages has also been broken, and helping fishermen transform into employment has become an important issue. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of fishermen's transformation, it is found that the transformation of fishermen in Bai Yangdian is not only affected by objective factors, ability, population loss and sunk cost, but also affected by subjective factors such as cultural concepts, living habits and individualism. In view of this, this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions: provide policy support, develop regional characteristic industries, promote the integrated development of cultural tourism, carry out skills course training, encourage diversified cooperation, vigorously develop the collective economy, and help fishermen transform into employment.
