“因材施教”——面向国际学生的管理学课程教学改革与实践

摘要: 管理学作为经管类专业的必修课程,高校若能结合中国管理情境“因地制宜”、并针对国际生的特点“因材施教”优化管理学课程教学,将成为其培养具有国际视野的经管人才、提升学校国际声望的重要途径。在“新文科”概念的大背景下,本文结合目前国内管理学教学现状以及针对修读过管理学课程的国际生的问卷调研结果,从教学内容、教学模式、课堂参与方式和教师个人素质几个方面提出面向国际学生的管理学课程教学改革与实践的新思路。
Abstract: Management is a compulsory course for economics and management majors. If colleges and univer-sities can “adapt to local conditions” based on China’s management situation and “teach students in accordance with their aptitude” to optimize the teaching of management courses according to the characteristics of international students, it will become an important pathway of cultivating economics and management talents with an international perspective and enhance the international reputation of the school. In the context of the concept of “new liberal arts”, this article analyzes the current status of domestic management teaching and the results of a questionnaire survey of international students who have taken management courses. Finally, we propose new ideas for the teaching reform and practice of management courses for international students from the following aspects: teaching content, teaching mode, classroom participation methods and teachers’ personal qualities.
