基于ABAQUS有限元的板料折弯分析

摘要: 使用ABAQUS有限元软件对304不锈钢进行模拟,板料的厚度取2 mm,观察板料折弯前后的应力应变状态。获取应力应变的分布图,为板料的折弯加工提供指导。通过对比折弯前后板料的状态变化,发现材料在成型阶段的应力和塑性变形集中在板料的上下边缘处,而靠近材料中性层部分的应力变化却很小。在板料回弹过程中板料内部的应力主要集中在中心部位,两边的应力又迅速减少。
Abstract: The 304 stainless steel was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software, the thickness of the sheet metal was taken 2 mm, and the stress-strain state before and after bending the sheet metal was observed. Obtain stress-strain profiles to guide bending of sheets. By comparing the state changes of the sheet before and after bending, it is found that the stress and plastic deformation of the material are concentrated at the upper and lower edges of the sheet metal during the forming stage, while the stress change near the neutral layer of the material is very small. In the process of sheet metal spring back, the stress inside the sheet metal is mainly concentrated in the center part, and the stress on both sides is rapidly reduced.
