关于“家庭养老服务”研究：现状、热点与趋势——基于CNKI核心期刊的文献计量分析

Research on “Family Elderly Care Services”: Current Status, Hotspots, and Trends—Bibliometric Analysis Based on CNKI Core Journals

摘要: 2021年《“十四五”国家老龄事业发展和养老服务体系规划》，要求“巩固和增强家庭养老功能”和“完善家庭养老支持政策体系”，家庭养老服务仍然是学术界关注的焦点。本文以2000~2023年CNKI数据库收录的646篇家庭养老服务研究核心期刊论文作为研究对象。采用文献计量法，在统计所选文献的年度发文量数据的基础上，运用CiteSpace6.4.R6软件进行可视化分析并绘制出相关知识图谱。可以发现，在深度老龄化背景下，家庭养老在养老服务中的主体地位虽受少子化削弱，但仍不可撼动，未来须构建完善的家庭养老支持的政策机制，以保障老年人的家庭养老权益。

Abstract: The “14th Five Year Plan” for the development of the national elderly care industry and the elderly care service system in 2021 requires the consolidation and enhancement of family elderly care functions and the improvement of family elderly care support policy systems. Family elderly care services remain a focus of academic attention. This article takes 646 core journal papers on family elderly care services collected in the CNKI database from 2000 to 2023 as the research object. Using bibliometric method, based on the annual publication volume data of the selected literature, CiteSpace 6.4. R6 software is used for visual analysis and relevant knowledge graphs are drawn. It can be found that in the context of deep aging, although the dominant position of family elderly care in elderly care services has been weakened by the trend of fewer children, it is still unshakable. In the future, it is necessary to build a sound policy mechanism for family elderly care support to protect the rights and interests of elderly people in family elderly care.
