“三全育人”背景下职业院校学生心理健康教育工作实践研究
Research on the Practice of Psychological Health Education for Vocational College Students in the Context of “Three Complete Education”
摘要: 本文以“三全育人”背景下的职业院校学生心理健康教育工作实践为研究对象,通过文献综述和实证研究的方法,探讨了该领域存在的问题和挑战,并提出了相应的解决方案。研究发现,在“三全育人”背景下,职业院校学生心理健康教育工作面临资源投入不足、教育模式单一、学生需求多样化等问题。为了有效开展心理健康教育工作,本文建议增加资源投入、创新教育模式、关注学生需求、加强师资队伍建设等方面的措施。这些改进措施有助于提升职业院校学生心理健康教育工作的质量和效果,促进学生全面发展。
Abstract: The present study focuses on the practical work of psychological health education for vocational college students under the context of “comprehensive education.” Through literature review and empirical research methods, it explores the existing problems and challenges in this field and proposes corresponding solutions. The study finds that, under the context of “comprehensive education,” psychological health education for vocational college students faces issues such as insufficient resource allocation, a monotonous educational model, and diverse student needs. In order to effectively carry out psychological health education, this paper suggests measures such as increasing resource allocation, innovating educational models, paying attention to student needs, and strengthening faculty development. These improvement measures can enhance the quality and effectiveness of psychological health education for vocational college students, promoting their comprehensive development.
