摘要: 本文深入探讨了积极老龄化背景下山东省农村劳动者就业问题的现状、成因及解决策略。文章首先分析了农村劳动力就业的总体稳定向好趋势，随后指出了农村劳动者面临的多重挑战，包括人口老龄化、教育和技能培训不足以及就业保障水平低等问题。成因分析指出城乡二元结构和农村劳动者自身素质问题是导致就业问题的主要原因。文章提出了加强教育和培训、推进产业结构调整和转型升级、完善就业保障制度等解决策略。最后，文章强调了政府和社会各界需要共同努力，通过政策扶持和制度建设，提高农村劳动者的素质和技能，保障他们的合法权益，以推动农村经济的持续发展和社会和谐稳定。

Abstract: This paper deeply discusses the current situation, causes and solutions of rural laborers’ employment in Shandong Province under the background of active aging. The paper first analyzes the overall stable trend of rural labor employment, and then points out the multiple challenges faced by rural workers, including population aging, inadequate education and skills training, and low level of employment security. The cause analysis points out that the dual structure of urban and rural areas and the quality of rural workers themselves are the main causes of employment problems. The paper puts forward some solutions, such as strengthening education and training, promoting the adjustment and transformation of industrial structure, and improving the employment security system. Finally, the article emphasizes that the government and all sectors of society need to work together to improve the quality and skills of rural workers and protect their legitimate rights and interests through policy support and system construction, so as to promote the sustainable development of rural economy and social harmony and stability.
