TBL和PBL融合教学模式在颅脑创伤临床教学中的应用
Application of TBL and PBL Integrated Teaching Model in Clinical Teaching of Traumatic Brain Injury
摘要: 目的:探讨以团队为基础的学习(Team-Based Learning, TBL)与以问题为基础的学习(Problem-Based Learning, PBL)相结合在颅脑创伤临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将2022年1~12月在安徽医科大第一附属神经外科创伤组实习的36名学生随机分为试验组和对照组,每组18名学生。试验组采用TBL和PBL融合教学模式,对照组采用传统讲授式教学模式。比较两组实习学生在理论、操作考试成绩、课程参与度、学习效率、自学能力、学习兴趣以及学生满意度的差异。结果:试验组的理论、操作考试成绩、课程参与度、学习效率自学能力、学习兴趣,均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。试验组对教学的满意度为94.44%,高于对照组66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:TBL和PBL融合教学模式可以提高学生在颅脑创伤学习中的学习效果和效率,提升学生的参与度和自学能力,并能显著提升教学满意度。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of combining Team-Based Learning (TBL) and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in clinical teaching of traumatic brain injury. Methods: 36 students who practiced in the Neurosurgery Trauma Group of the First Affiliated Anhui Medical University from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 18 students in each group. The experimental group adopted the integrated teaching model of TBL and PBL, while the control group adopted the traditional lecture-based teaching model, comparing the differences in theoretical and practical test scores, course participation, learning efficiency, self-study ability, learning interest and student satisfaction between the two groups of internship students. Results: The experimental group’s theoretical and operational test scores, course participation, learning efficiency, self-study ability, and learning interest were all higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The experimental group’s satisfaction with teaching was 94.44%, which was higher than the control group’s 66.67%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The integrated teaching model of TBL and PBL can improve students’ learning effectiveness and efficiency in traumatic brain injury learning, enhance students’ participation and self-learning ability, and significantly improve teaching satisfaction.
