国际教师数字素养研究的演进与趋势——基于Web of Science核心数据库的可视化分析

摘要: 加强和培养国民数字素养是世界各国教育改革的重要内容。教师是数字人才的培育者,是数字技术的运用者,教师的数字素养成为国内外教育领域研究的热点。本文章运用CiteSpace软件,对Web of Science核心数据库中关于教师数字素养的相关文献进行可视化分析,梳理国际教师数字素养的演进路径、研究热点与重点主题,发现:国际教师数字素养相关研究发展迅速,呈现出了“萌芽–发展–繁荣”三个阶段性特点;研究重点关注了“优化课堂教学”、“数字胜任力”、“数字化教学能力”、“数字赋能”、“数字伦理”、“数字安全”和“教师数字素养评价”等内容;加强教师对教育数字化的理解与认同,提升教师对数字技术有用和易用的感知度,着力培养教师数字化能力,结合数字素养评价指标实施动态化、多元化的教师教学评估促进教师可持续发展是未来教师数字素养研究的趋势。
Abstract: Strengthening and cultivating national digital literacy is an important part of educational reform all over the world. Teachers are the cultivators of digital talents and the users of digital technology. Teachers’ digital literacy has become a research hotspot in the field of education at home and abroad. Using CiteSpace software, this paper visually analyzes the relevant literature on teachers’ digital literacy in the core database of Web of Science, combs the evolution path, research hotspots and key topics of international teachers’ digital literacy, and finds that the research on international teachers’ digital literacy has developed rapidly, showing three stage characteristics of “germination-development-prosperity”; The research focuses on “optimizing classroom teaching”, “digital competence”, “digital teaching ability”, “digital empowerment”, “digital ethics”, “digital security” and “teacher digital literacy evaluation”; It is the trend of teachers’ digital literacy research in the future to strengthen teachers’ understanding and recognition of digital education, enhance teachers’ perception of the usefulness and ease of use of digital technology, focus on cultivating teachers’ digital ability, and implement dynamic and diversified teacher teaching evaluation combined with digital literacy evaluation indicators to promote teachers’ sustainable development.
