From Introduction to Integration: A Study on the Dilemmas and Countermeasures of the Localization of Spiritual Social Work

摘要: 研究关注灵性社会工作在本土化发展过程中的困境与对策。灵性社会工作，作为一种关注个体内在精神世界和灵性成长的专业服务活动，在本土化过程中面临着诸多挑战。通过文献综述，文章明确了灵性社会工作的内涵及其与传统社会工作的区别与联系，并探讨了灵性社会工作本土化的重要性。在此基础上，研究旨在揭示灵性社会工作本土化过程中的困境，并提出相应的解决策略，以促进其在本土文化土壤中的生根发芽，从而满足居民精神需求、促进社区和谐、提升社会工作服务质量。

Abstract: This study focuses on the dilemma and countermeasures of spiritual social work in the process of localization. Spiritual social work, as a professional service activity concerned with the inner spiritual world and spiritual growth of individuals, faces many challenges in the process of localization. Through literature review, this paper clarifies the connotation of spiritual social work and the difference and connection between spiritual social work and traditional social work, and discusses the importance of localization of spiritual social work. On this basis, this study aims to reveal the difficulties in the localization of spiritual social work, and propose corresponding solutions to promote its root and sprout in the local cultural soil, so as to meet the spiritual needs of residents, promote community harmony, and improve the quality of social work services.
