积极老龄化背景下临终关怀路径研究

Research on Hospice Care Pathways in the Context of Active Aging

摘要: 21世纪以来，人口老龄化已成为国际社会普遍关注的问题，伴随而来的社会问题日益凸显。“积极老龄化”是被世界各国广泛认可的应对老龄化趋势的策略，其核心在于强调老年人以积极的姿态融入社会生活中。我国的临终关怀发展面临着传统观念上的影响、医疗资源不充足和社会机构不完善等一系列的困境。文章以积极老龄化为背景，从我国临终关怀的发展图景和实施方法等多个角度进行深入分析，探讨临终关怀路径。

Abstract: Since the beginning of the 21st century, population aging has become a common concern of the international community, and the accompanying social problems have become increasingly prominent. “Active aging” is a strategy widely recognized by countries around the world to cope with the aging trend, and its core is to emphasize the active integration of the elderly into social life. The development of hospice care in China is faced with a series of difficulties such as the influence of traditional concepts, insufficient medical resources and imperfect social institutions. Based on the background of active aging, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the development picture and implementation methods of hospice care in China and discusses the path of hospice care.
