现阶段餐饮油烟治理的管理问题探讨
Discussion on the Management Issues of Restaurant Fume Treatment at the Current Stage
摘要: 随着社会的快速发展,人们的生活质量在快速变化,衣食住行,尤其对“食”的要求越来越高,社会餐饮遍地开花,随之而来的餐饮问题成了家门口的污染问题,影响着我们的身心健康,尤其对呼吸道疾病、皮肤的感染危害着我们。世界各国均出台了相应的治理标准。本文对油烟的成分做了详细的分析,并从管理的角度分析能够彻底治理的方法。
Abstract: With the rapid development of society, people’s quality of life is changing rapidly, and the requirements for food, clothing, housing and transportation, especially “food” are getting higher and higher. Social catering is flourishing everywhere, and the catering problems that follow have become pollution problems at home, affecting our physical and mental health, especially respiratory diseases and skin infections. Countries around the world have introduced corresponding treatment standards. This article makes a detailed analysis of the composition of fume and analyzes the methods that can be thoroughly treated from the perspective of management.
