健康传播视域下老年群体“数字鸿沟”的应对研究

Research on Coping with the “Digital Divide” in the Elderly Population from the Perspective of Health Communication

摘要: 随着信息技术的飞速发展，数字化已成为社会进步的重要驱动力。然而，老年群体在享受数字红利的过程中，面临着显著的“数字鸿沟”问题，特别是在健康传播领域，这不仅限制老年人获取健康信息、享受便捷医疗服务的能力，也加剧社会不平等现象。本文旨在从健康传播的视角出发，探讨老年群体“数字鸿沟”的现状、成因，并提出相应的应对策略，以促进健康信息的公平传播与老年群体的数字融入。

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, digitization has become an important driving force for social progress. However, in the process of enjoying the digital dividend, the elderly population faces a significant “digital divide” problem, especially in the field of health communication, which not only limits their ability to access health information and convenient medical services, but also exacerbates social inequality. This article aims to explore the current situation and causes of the “digital divide” among the elderly population from the perspective of health communication, and propose corresponding strategies to promote fair dissemination of health information and digital integration of the elderly population.
