吡美莫司乳膏维持治疗特应性皮炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Maintenance Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis with Pimecrolimus Cream

摘要: 目的：评价吡美莫司在特应性皮炎维持治疗中的作用。方法：74例AD病变缓解的患者随机接受1%吡美莫司乳膏或润肤剂4周的治疗。在研究结束时测量所有随机患者的湿疹面积和严重程度指数，评估复发率。结果：在研究结束时，复发患者吡美莫司乳膏治疗组中占24.3% (9/37)，而在润肤剂组中占62.2% (23/37)，差异有统计学意义。两组间均无不良反应发生。结论：局部外用吡美莫司能够抑制皮肤炎症浸润复发，可有效维持AD缓解，安全性较好。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of pimecrolimus in maintenance therapy for atopic dermatitis. Method: 74 patients with relieved AD were randomly treated with 1% pimecrolimus cream or moisturizer for 4 weeks. Measure the eczema area and severity index of all randomized patients at the end of the study to evaluate the recurrence rate. Result: At the end of the study, 24.3% (9/37) of recurrent patients were treated with pimecrolimus cream, while 62.2% (23/37) were treated with moisturizer, with a statistically significant difference. No adverse reactions occurred between the two groups. Conclusion: Topical application of pimecrolimus can inhibit the infiltration and recurrence of skin inflammation, effectively maintain AD remission, and have fewer adverse reactions.
