大学生网络成瘾对自杀行为的影响：抑郁和自尊的作用

摘要: 目的：探讨大学生网络成瘾与自杀行为的关系，以及抑郁的中介作用和自尊的调节作用。方法：采用网络成瘾测试量表、自杀行为问卷、9项患者健康问卷、自尊量表对河南省某高校的939名在校生进行线上的问卷填写。结果：(1) 网络成瘾可以正向预测自杀行为；(2) 抑郁在网络成瘾和自杀行为之间起部分中介作用；(3) 抑郁和自杀行为的关系受到自尊的调节作用。结论：大学生网络成瘾和自杀行为之间存在有调节的中介效应，抑郁是中介因素，自尊减弱了抑郁对自杀行为的影响。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between Internet addiction and suicidal behavior among college students, as well as the mediating role of depression and the moderating role of self-esteem. Methods: The Internet Addiction Test Scale, Suicidal Behavior Questionnaire, 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire, and Self-Esteem Scale were used to fill out the questionnaires online for 939 students enrolled in a university in Henan Province. Results: (1) Internet addiction positively predicted suicidal behavior; (2) Depression partially mediated the relationship between Internet addiction and suicidal behavior; (3) The relationship between depression and suicidal behavior was moderated by self-esteem. Conclusion: There is a moderated mediating effect between Internet addiction and suicidal behavior among college students, depression is a mediator, and self-esteem attenuates the effect of depression on suicidal behavior.
