中医药治疗小儿湿疹的临床研究进展

Progress of Clinical Research on the Treatment of Pediatric Eczema with Chinese Medicine

摘要: 湿疹是儿科临床常见病，其发病机制与多种因素相关，现代医学多采用糖皮质激素外治结合抗组胺药、抗炎药内治方法治疗婴儿湿疹，短期好转，但易复发。近年来，中医诊疗小儿湿疹的优势逐渐凸显，治疗方法主要以药物和非药物疗法为主，依据不同病因病机辨证施治，疗效显著，不易复发。本文查阅文献，通过对中药内治法、中药外治法、推拿等方法的总结，梳理小儿湿疹中医药治疗的最新进展，为临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Eczema is a common clinical disease in pediatrics, and its pathogenesis is related to many factors. Modern medicine mostly adopts glucocorticoid external treatment combined with antihistamine and anti-inflammatory internal treatment to treat eczema in infants, which can improve in the short term, but is easy to recur. In recent years, the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric eczema have been gradually highlighted, and the treatment method is mainly based on drug and non-drug therapies, based on different etiology and pathogenesis of eczema, with remarkable efficacy, and not easy to recur. In this paper, we reviewed the literature and summarized the latest progress of TCM treatment of pediatric eczema by summarizing the internal treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine, external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine and massage method, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
