电子商务环境下大学生的过度消费行为以及学校社会工作介入
The Overconsumption Behavior of College Students in E-Commerce Environment and the Involvement of School Social Work
摘要: 伴随着我国电子商务产业的迅速发展,电商消费行为已成为人们日常生活中不可分离的一部分。而作为在互联网时代下成长发展的青年群体,大学生也成为了电商市场下的消费主力军之一。本研究聚焦于大学生在电子商务环境下的消费行为,分析发现大学生的电商消费行为具备一定的合理性,但也存在超前消费、成瘾型消费、盲目跟风型消费等过度消费行为。基于此,本文探讨了学校社会工作的介入策略,通过提供个案服务、小组服务以及多层面的综合性服务,帮助大学生走出过度消费的困境、树立科学合理的消费理念与行为方式从而促进电商消费环境的稳定与和谐发展。
Abstract: With the rapid development of our country’s e-commerce industry, the e-commerce consumption behavior has become an inseparable part of people’s daily life. As a youth group that grows and develops in the Internet era, college students have also become one of the main consumer forces in the e-commerce market. This study focuses on the consumption behavior of college students in the e-commerce environment. The analysis finds that college students’ e-commerce consumption behavior has certain rationality, but there are also excessive consumption behaviors such as over-consumption, addictive consumption and blindly following the trend. Based on this, this paper discusses the intervention strategy of school social work. By providing case services, group services and multi-faceted comprehensive services, it helps college students get out of the dilemma of excessive consumption, establish scientific and reasonable consumption concepts and behavior patterns, and promote the stable and harmonious development of e-commerce consumption environment.
