文化产品对青少年犯罪的影响及其应对策略研究

摘要: 近年来，青少年犯罪事件频繁发生，犯罪率逐年上升，成为干扰校园秩序、影响社会安定不容忽视的严重问题，同时也引起了司法机关及社会各界的重视。青少年犯罪是多方面的因素造成的，其中不良文化产品严重影响着青少年的思想与行为，成为诱发其犯罪的内在动因。作为一种传递思想、符号和生活方式的消费品，文化产品具有借助于媒介广泛传播思想、传递价值的特点。文化产品创造者所传递出的错误意识形态会对辨别能力较差、年龄较低的青少年产生错误的引导，从而引发犯罪。本文分析了青少年犯罪原因并针对性地提出预防对策，旨在减少青少年违法犯罪的现象。

Abstract: In recent years, juvenile delinquency has occurred frequently, and the crime rate has increased year by year, which has become a serious problem that cannot be ignored and interferes with campus order and affects social stability. Meanwhile, it has also drawn the attention of judicial organs and all sectors of society. Juvenile delinquency is caused by many factors, among which undesirable cultural products seriously affect the thinking and behavior of juveniles and become the internal motivation that induces them to commit crimes. As a consumer product that conveys ideas, symbols and lifestyles, cultural products have the characteristics of widely disseminating ideas and conveying values with the help of the media. The erroneous ideology conveyed by the creators of cultural products can lead to crime by misleading young people with poor discernment and younger age. This paper analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency and proposes preventive countermeasures to reduce the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency.
