Legal Regulatory Problems and Countermeasures for the Combination of E-Commerce and Blockchain Technology

摘要: 本文重点介绍电子商务与区块链技术结合时面临的主要法律和监管挑战，以及如何应对这些挑战。区块链技术的去中心化、透明和防篡改特性为电子商务提供了新机遇，但同时也带来了法律挑战，如责任分担、数据保护、隐私和跨境交易合规等。本文通过分析现行法律框架的不足，提出了加强国际法律合作、制定统一监管标准、引入监管沙盒机制等促进区块链技术在电子商务中合规应用的措施。通过技术与法律之间的协同监管机制，确保电子商务的合法化和可持续发展。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the main legal and regulatory challenges faced by e-commerce when combining e-commerce with blockchain technology, and how these challenges can be addressed. The decentralized, transparent and tamper-proof nature of blockchain technology provides new opportunities for e-commerce, but it also poses legal challenges, such as liability sharing, data protection, privacy and cross-border transaction compliance. By analyzing the shortcomings of the current legal framework, this paper proposes measures to promote the compliant application of blockchain technology in e-commerce, such as strengthening international legal cooperation, formulating unified regulatory standards and introducing regulatory sandbox mechanisms. The legalization and sustainable development of e-commerce is ensured through a synergistic regulatory mechanism between technology and law.
