无缝对接护理对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of Seamless Docking Nursing on Mental State and Quality of Life in Patients with Cirrhosis Complicated with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

摘要: 目的：研究无缝对接护理对肝硬化合并上消化道出血(UGIB)患者心理状态、生活质量的影响。方法：选择2024年03月~2024年06月到本院接受肝硬化合并UGIB的患者共计40例，随机数字分组(研究组、对照组)，每组人数20例，分析护理价值。结果：护理后，研究组心理状态更好，P < 0.05；研究组满意度高，P < 0.05；护理后，研究组生活质量更高，P < 0.05；护理后，研究组应激状态指标低，P < 0.05。结论：无缝对接护理运用在肝硬化合并UGIB患者中，可明显改善患者的心理状态、生活质量、应激状态指标，提升护理满意度，值得运用。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of seamless docking nursing on mental state and quality of life in patients with cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB). Methods: A total of 40 patients with cirrhosis complicated with UGIB were selected to our hospital from March 2024 to June 2024. They were randomly divided into two groups (study group and control group) with 20 patients in each group, and the nursing value was analyzed. Results: After nursing, the mental state of the study group was better, P < 0.05; The satisfaction of the study group was high (P < 0.05). After nursing, the quality of life of the study group was higher, P < 0.05; After nursing, the stress state index of the study group was lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of seamless docking nursing in patients with cirrhosis complicated with UGIB can significantly improve the psychological state, quality of life, stress state indicators of patients, and enhance nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of application.
