Abstract: Many women do not pay attention to the early changes of cervical lesions, resulting in malignant transformation in the end. Choosing sensitive and reliable detection indicators is of great significance for the early diagnosis, treatment, and improvement of prognosis of cervical lesions. This article provides a review of the relationship and correlation between changes in vaginal microbiota, HR-HPV infection, and cervical lesions, as well as the relationship between the expression of inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6 and cervical lesions, by analyzing the detection of vaginal microbiota, HR-HPV, and the expression of inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6 in patients with cervical lesions, in order to provide scientific basis for early screening, intervention, and diagnosis of cervical cancer.
