农村老人积极老龄化的影响因素与促进策略研究

Research on Influencing Factors and Promotion Strategies of Active Aging of Rural Elderly

摘要: 人口老龄化是一个全球现象，当前我国老龄化程度不断加深，与城市相比，农村老龄化程度更高、形势更紧迫。本研究探讨了我国农村老人积极老龄化的影响因素，并提出了相应的促进策略。研究发现，农村老人的积极老龄化水平受到多方面因素的影响，其中个人健康状况、文化程度、经济资源、家庭结构和社会参与度是主要的影响因素。为促进农村老人积极老龄化，本文提出了鼓励树立积极老龄观、加强健康管理、创新养老模式、加大农村社会保障体系建设、丰富社会参与途径等策略，有助于提高农村老人的生活福祉，促进其在生理、心理及社会参与方面的积极发展。

Abstract: Population aging is a global phenomenon. At present, the aging degree of our country is deepening, and the aging degree of rural areas is higher, and the form is more urgent than that of cities. This study discusses the influencing factors of active aging of rural elderly in China and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies. It is found that the active aging level of rural elderly is affected by many factors, among which personal health, education, economic resources, family structure, and social participation are the main influencing factors. In order to promote the active aging of the elderly in rural areas, this paper puts forward some strategies, such as encouraging the establishment of a positive outlook on aging, strengthening health management, innovating the mode of elderly care, increasing the construction of rural social security systems, and enriching social participation channels, which are conducive to improving the life well-being of the elderly in rural areas and promoting their positive development in physical, psychological, and social participation.
