老龄化背景下社村通智慧养老平台调查研究
Investigation and Research on Shecuntong Smart Elderly Care Platform under the Background of Aging
摘要: 随着中国老龄化程度的不断加深，智慧养老作为一种创新的养老模式，为解决社会养老难题提供了新的思路和途径。文章以社村通智慧养老服务平台为例，介绍该平台的运营模式，包括产品中心、技术架构、智能硬件，提出该平台面临的数字鸿沟、人力资源以及心理健康三方面的现实问题，分析其存在的原因并提出具有代表性的发展对策。
Abstract: With the deepening of the aging degree in China, smart pension, as an innovative pension model, provides a new idea and way to solve the social pension problems. Taking Shecuntong smart elderly care service platform as an example, this paper introduces the operation mode of the platform, including product center, technical architecture and intelligent hardware, and puts forward the practical problems faced by the platform in three aspects: digital divide, human resources and mental health, analyzes the reasons for its existence and puts forward representative development countermeasures.
