摘要: 多数问题都可以通过沟通来解决。新教师与家长应建立有效且良好的沟通关系，有助于促进家校合作，共同推动学生的进步与成长。然而，许多教师往往缺乏沟通的勇气和能力，在家校合作中面临诸多挑战。因此，新教师需要掌握一些高效沟通的技巧，第一，了解学生，了解学生是家校沟通的基础；第二，分类沟通，针对不同的家长采取相应的沟通策略；第三，运用同理心，只有在双方能够换位思考的情况下，沟通才能够真正有效。

Abstract: There is no problem that cannot be solved by communication, and new teachers should establish effective communication with parents. It helps better education and teaching, home-school co-education, and children’s progress and growth. However, many teachers do not dare to communicate and do not know how to communicate, and encounter many troubles in home-school co-education. Therefore, new teachers need to master the skills of efficient communication, including: First, understanding the students—understand the students is the premise and foundation of home-school communication; Second, classified communication—skillful response to different parents to make different responses; Third, empathetic communication—only when both sides can think differently, can communication be effective.
