Abstract: In the process of digitalization, the silver-haired groups face multiple challenges, such as disparities in resource endowment, alienation in intergenerational relationships, and mental health issues, leading to reduced opportunities for social participation and emotional exchange. This paper delves into an in-depth analysis of the Guandan card game, exploring how it serves as an effective social tool that plays a crucial role in intergenerational integration and emotional sharing. By establishing cooperative mechanisms, Guandan promotes organic integration between different generations, enhancing the closeness and interaction of intergenerational relationships. Furthermore, the game excels in conveying silver-haired culture and enriching social resources for seniors, helping them maintain cultural confidence in a diverse society. Lastly, as an intergenerational social activity, Guandan effectively breaks down generational barriers, fostering communication and exchange between the elderly and younger generations, thus improving their mental health.
