农村居家养老需求分析及对策研究

摘要: 本文基于中国老年健康影响因素追踪调查(CLHLS)数据，考察农村老年人居家养老需求及其影响因素。研究发现：很多农村老人愿意居家养老，在各项养老服务需求中，医疗保健需求和精神慰藉需求最高。从养老服务的供需情况来看，当前需求评估体系不完善，对老人的需求把握精准度不足，农村老人的有效需求得不到满足。基于以上发现，本文提出优化农村居家养老服务的建议，以期为改善农村居家养老服务提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the data of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS), this paper investigates the needs of the rural elderly for home care and its influencing factors. The study found that many rural elderly are willing to care for the elderly at home, and medical care needs and spiritual comfort needs are the highest among the needs of various elderly care services. From the perspective of the supply and demand of elderly care services, the current demand assessment system is imperfect, the accuracy of the needs of the elderly is insufficient, and the effective needs of the rural elderly can not be met. Based on the above findings, this paper puts forward suggestions to optimize rural home care services, in order to provide a reference for improving rural home care services.
