元宇宙时代下的非遗文化保护与复兴路径探索：基于全球案例与中国实践的对比研究

Exploration of the Protection and Revitalization Path of Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Metaverse Era: A Comparative Study Based on Global Cases and Chinese Practices

摘要: 元宇宙技术的崛起为非物质文化遗产(非遗)的保护与传播提供了新的机遇。通过虚拟现实(VR)、增强现实(AR)以及区块链等技术，非遗文化不再受制于时间与空间的限制，可以通过数字化途径向全球受众展示并传承。本研究以全球和中国的非遗数字化保护为基础，通过案例分析和文献综述，探索了元宇宙技术在非遗保护中的应用路径。研究发现，元宇宙不仅能增强文化沉浸体验，还通过NFT等方式为非遗文化的确权和交易提供了新方式。通过对欧美、日本和韩国等国家的元宇宙实践与中国的数字故宫等项目进行对比分析，文章提出了元宇宙在非遗保护中的创新潜力与面临的技术、法律、文化等挑战，最终为中国非遗保护的元宇宙路径优化提供了建议。

Abstract: The rise of metaverse technology provides new opportunities for the protection and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage (ICH). Through technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and blockchain, intangible cultural heritage is no longer limited by time and space, and can be displayed and passed down to global audiences through digital means. This study is based on the digital protection of intangible cultural heritage worldwide and in China. Through case analysis and literature review, it explores the application path of metaverse technology in intangible cultural heritage protection. Research has found that the metaverse not only enhances cultural immersion experiences, but also provides new ways for the identification and trading of intangible cultural heritage through NFT and other means. By comparing and analyzing the metaverse practices of countries such as Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea with projects such as China’s Digital Palace Museum, this article proposes the innovative potential of metaverse in the protection of intangible cultural heritage, as well as the technological, legal, and cultural challenges it faces. Ultimately, it provides suggestions for optimizing the metaverse path of China’s intangible cultural heritage protection.
