社会体育组织对社区养老服务的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Social Sports Organizations on Community-Based Elderly Care Services

摘要: 随着人口老龄化的加剧，国家重视相关问题并出台了规划。社会体育组织融入社区服务对老龄事业及养老体系建设意义重大，其能提升老年人的身心状况、促进社交等。文章主要分析参与的原因，包括满足养老服务需求的增加、多方面满足老年人的需求及多元主体的协同等。同时，指出面临老年人体育活动少、体育设施及人员短缺、获取资源差、独立性差等困境。对此提出以市场为导向分配资源、充分利用社区人力资源、划清社会组织与公共部门的权力分管等对策。强调社会体育组织应与社区合作应对老龄化，通过完善资源获取能力、基础设施等促进社区体育赛事的发展，以推动构建友好老年社区。

Abstract: With the aging of the population intensifying, the state attaches importance to related issues and has introduced plans. The integration of social sports organizations into community services is of great significance to the cause of aging and the construction of the elderly system, which can improve the physical and mental conditions of the elderly and promote social interaction. The article mainly analyzes the reasons for participation, including meeting the increased demand for elderly services, meeting the needs of the elderly in various aspects, and the synergy of multiple subjects. Meanwhile, the article also points out the difficulties faced by the elderly, such as few sports activities, shortage of sports facilities and personnel, poor access to resources, and poor independence. Countermeasures such as market-oriented resource allocation, making full use of community human resources, and delineating the division of power between social organizations and the public sector are proposed. It is emphasized that social sports organizations should cooperate with the community to cope with aging and promote the development of community sports events by improving the ability to obtain resources and infrastructure, so as to promote the construction of a friendly elderly community.
