摘要: 亲子依恋关系在儿童与青少年的成长轨迹中占据着十分重要的地位，它与个体的心理健康状况紧密相连。在当今社会背景下，儿童与青少年群体面临着日益增多的抑郁症状挑战，这些症状的加剧不仅影响深远，甚至导致了自残与自杀等极端事件的频发。鉴于此，亲子依恋关系作为诱发儿童、青少年抑郁情绪的一个重要因素，其重要性不容忽视。本文旨在深入探讨亲子依恋如何影响少年儿童抑郁症状的出现与发展，并聚焦于家庭层面，为促进少年儿童心理健康、构建和谐亲子关系提供有益的参考与启示。

Abstract: Parent-child attachment relationship plays a very important role in the growth trajectory of children and adolescents, and it is closely related to individual mental health. In today’s social context, children and adolescents are faced with the challenge of increasing depressive symptoms, which not only have far-reaching effects, but even lead to the frequency of extreme events such as self-harm and suicide. In view of this, the importance of parent-child attachment relationship as an important factor inducing adolescent depression can not be ignored. The purpose of this paper is to deeply explore how parent-child attachment affects the emergence and development of depressive symptoms in adolescents and children, and focus on the family level, actively seek and elaborate a series of effective strategies and methods aimed at alleviating depressive symptoms in adolescents, in order to promote adolescent mental health and provide beneficial references and inspirations for building a harmonious parent-child relationship.
