银屑病性关节炎中医治疗的研究进展

Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Psoriatic Arthritis

摘要: 银屑病性关节炎是一种难治性疾病，临床多具有银屑病皮疹并导致关节和周围组织炎症，其发病机制不明，一般认为遗传、免疫和环境是参与发病的重要因素。西医目前常用的治疗药物有甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特、柳氮磺吡啶，短期疗效显著，但副作用明显，易复发。中医将其归属于“白疕”、“疕风”等范畴。中医对银屑病性关节炎的治疗多采用服用中药汤剂、温泉药浴、火针、穴位贴敷的疗法。文章对银屑病性关节炎进行综述，为此病的防治提供参考。

Abstract: Psoriatic arthritis is a refractory disease with a psoriatic rash that causes inflammation of the joints and surrounding tissues. Its pathogenesis is unknown, and it is generally believed that genetics, immunity, and environment are important factors involved in the pathogenesis. At present, the commonly used treatment drugs in Western medicine are methotrexate, leflunomide, and sulfasalazine. The short-term effect is significant, but the side effects are obvious and easy to relapse. Traditional Chinese medicine classifies it into the categories of “bai bi” and “bi feng”. The treatment of psoriatic arthritis in traditional Chinese medicine mainly adopts TCM decoction, hot spring bath, fire needle, and acupoint application therapy. This article reviews psoriatic arthritis and provides references for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
