南京瞻园游客中心设计——以意境营造为核心的创新实践
Design of Nanjing Zhanyuan Tourist Center—Innovative Practice with Artistic Conception as the Core
摘要: 本文以南京瞻园为例,探讨传统精神与现代功能融合的建筑设计。瞻园游客众多,高峰期日达3万人次。此次以富有诗意的方式改建其游客中心,追求简单、清晰、实用且耳目一新。建筑深灰色金属坡顶变形处理,两层结构,一层是服务大厅和卫生间,外墙落地玻璃增加公共性与采光,外有山水屏风呼应瞻园;二层是旅游管理用房。借鉴老峨山游客中心和三合宅,设计概念源于佛教“合掌”手印。大堂两侧分别用于购票和休憩,中央有封闭“一线天”。背面“四水归堂”,建筑内有独特空间层级。以此提高公共空间品质。
Abstract: This article takes Nanjing Zhanyuan as an example to explore the integration of traditional spirit and modern functionality in architectural design. There are many tourists visiting the park, with a peak of 30000 visitors per day. This time, the tourist center is renovated in a poetic way, pursuing simplicity, clarity, practicality, and novelty. The building features a deep gray metal sloping roof that has undergone deformation treatment. It has a two-story structure, with the first floor serving as a service hall and bathroom. The exterior walls are covered in floor to ceiling glass to enhance public space and natural lighting, while the landscape screen echoes the garden view; The second floor is for tourism management purposes. Drawing inspiration from the Lao’eshan Tourist Center and the Sanhe Residence, the design concept is derived from the Buddhist “palm joint” handprint. The two sides of the lobby are used for ticket purchasing and rest respectively, and there is a closed “One Line Sky” in the center. On the back, there is a “Four Waters Returning to the Hall” with unique spatial levels inside the building to improve the quality of public space.
