One Case of Primary Abdominal Pregnancy

摘要: 腹腔妊娠是临床上一种罕见的异位妊娠，是指胚胎或胎儿位于输卵管、卵巢及阔韧带以外的腹腔内，通过回顾性分析一例腹腔妊娠患者的临床资料，探讨腹腔妊娠的病因、临床症状、诊断及治疗方案，因腹腔妊娠诊断困难且严重威胁母体生命安全，早期的诊断及治疗对于良好的预后至关重要。

Abstract: Abdominal pregnancy is a rare ectopic pregnancy in clinical practice, which refers to the embryo or fetus being located in the abdominal cavity outside the fallopian tubes, ovaries, and broad ligaments. Through retrospective analysis of clinical data of a patient with abdominal pregnancy, the etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment plan of abdominal pregnancy are explored. Due to the difficulty in diagnosing abdominal pregnancy and its serious threat to maternal life safety, early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for a good prognosis.
