摘要: 由于我国城市化建设的迅速推进和城市人口的不断增长，土地资源紧缺和人口密度过大的矛盾日益凸显。与此同时，发达地区房价飘升，经济基础薄弱的年轻群体无法负担高额房价。在这样的社会大背景之下，建筑面积在三十到五十平米之间的单居室小户型住宅成为在城市中奋斗的年轻一代和城市中低层收入购房置业或个人租赁最好的选择。然而小户型虽满足了最基本的住房需求，但存在着空间配置不合理、功能性不足、舒适度差等影响居住品质的问题。本文基于年轻群体对生活空间的需求，进行系统的分析，通过市场发展前景、行业分析、竞品调研、用户访谈、问卷调研、用户画像、用户特征归纳的方式，来了解年轻人的生活需求，摘出对年轻人而言最重要的功能区进行拓展，优化创新市面上的多功能家具，设计一套基于青年人生活需求的节省空间的多功能魔术家具。主体是沙发，兼具大床、上下床以及柜子、办公桌，满足用户在小空间内的多场景需求，提高青年群体的生活质量。

Abstract: As a result of the rapid urbanization of China and the continuous growth of the urban population, the contradiction between the scarcity of land resources and the excessive population density is becoming more and more prominent. At the same time, the price of housing in developed areas is rising, and young people with a weak economic base cannot afford the high price of housing. Under such a social background, single-bedroom small houses with a floor area of 30 to 50 square meters have become the best choice for the young generation struggling in the city and the middle and lower income groups in the city to buy a house or rent a house. However, although the small house meets the most basic housing needs, there are problems such as irrational space configuration, insufficient functionality, poor comfort and other issues that affect the quality of living. In this paper, based on the demand of young groups for living space, we systematically analyze the market development prospects, industry analysis, competitive research, user interviews, questionnaire research, user profiles, user characteristics induction to understand the needs of young people’s lives, extract the most important functional areas for young people to expand, optimize and innovate the multifunctional furniture on the market, and design a set of multifunctional furniture based on the needs of young people’s lives. A set of space-saving multi-functional magic furniture is designed based on the needs of young people’s life. The main body is a sofa, both queen-size beds, bunk beds, as well as cabinets and desks, to meet the user’s multi-scenario needs in a small space, and to improve the quality of life of youth groups.
