摘要: 版权作为知识产权的重要组成部分，在文化事业和产业的发展中扮演着举足轻重的角色。随着信息技术的突飞猛进和出版业态的深度融合，版权的价值愈发显著，与此同时，版权领域也面临着前所未有的挑战。出版学子作为出版行业的生力军，其版权素养水平直接关乎出版行业的长远发展。本文阐释了出版专业学生版权素养提升的现实意义，并引入了胜任素质模型，对出版专业学生应具备的版权素养内涵进行探析与解构，以期丰富高素质出版人才培养的理论基础。

Abstract: As an important part of intellectual property rights, copyright plays a vital role in the development of cultural undertakings and industries. With the rapid advancement of information technology and the deep integration of publishing models, the value of copyright has become increasingly prominent, while at the same time, the field of copyright is facing unprecedented challenges. As the fresh force of the publishing industry, the level of copyright literacy among students majoring in publishing directly affects the long-term development of the industry. This paper elucidates the practical significance of enhancing the copyright literacy of students majoring in publishing and introduces the competency model to analyze and deconstruct the connotation of the copyright literacy that should be possessed by students majoring in publishing, aiming to enrich the theoretical foundation of cultivating high-quality publishing talents.
