浙江省养老机构安宁疗护服务现状研究

Research on the Current Status of Hospice Palliative Care Services in Elderly Care Institutions in Zhejiang Province

摘要: 开展安宁疗护是积极应对人口老龄化国家战略、实现健康老龄化的必然要求。本文旨在探讨浙江省养老机构安宁疗护的现状，包括机构人员对安宁疗护的知识、态度、行为、认知的调查，服务普及程度、提供服务内容、人员配置、资源分配以及面临的挑战与机遇，对未来的期望和建议。通过问卷调查等方法对浙江省养老机构安宁疗护的现状进行了全面调查，以期为提升浙江省养老机构安宁疗护服务质量提供参考依据。

Abstract: Providing hospice palliative care is an essential requirement for actively responding to the national strategy of population aging and achieving healthy aging. This paper aims to explore the current situation of hospice palliative care in elderly care institutions in Zhejiang Province, including investigations into the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and perceptions of institutional staff towards hospice palliative care, as well as the level of service popularization, the content of services provided, staffing, resource allocation, and the challenges and opportunities faced. It also discusses expectations and suggestions for the future. A comprehensive survey on the current situation of hospice palliative care in elderly care institutions in Zhejiang Province was conducted through methods such as questionnaires, aiming to provide a reference basis for improving the quality of hospice palliative care services in elderly care institutions in Zhejiang Province.
