肾结石的中西医综合管理研究进展

摘要: 在现代社会快速发展的背景下，人民生活水平显著提高，肾结石的发病率也随之上升。这给泌尿外科临床工作者带来了重大挑战。尽管目前肾结石的治疗方法多样，包括西药治疗、中医中药治疗、体外超声波碎石(ESWL)、输尿管软镜技术(RIRS)、经皮肾技术(PCNL)、腹腔镜下切开取石以及传统开放手术等，但每种方法都存在一定的局限性。本文旨在综述肾结石中西医治疗的研究现状。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of modern society and the significant improvement in people’s living standards, the incidence of kidney stones has also increased. This poses a significant challenge to clinical workers in the field of urology. Although there are various treatment methods for kidney stones currently available, including Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS), percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), laparoscopic stone removal, and traditional open surgery, each method has its own limitations. This article aims to review the current state of research on the integrated treatment of kidney stones using both traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
