中医辩证联合外治法治疗老年性高血压的研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Elderly Hypertension with TCM Syndrome Differentiation and External Treatment

摘要: 老年性高血压是老年人常见的心血管疾病之一，其治疗一直是医学领域的关注焦点。中医辩证联合外治法作为一种传统治疗方法，在治疗老年性高血压方面显示出独特的潜力和优势。本研究采用文献综述方法，系统地探讨了中医辩证联合外治法在治疗老年性高血压中的应用研究进展。研究结果显示，中医辩证联合外治法能够显著改善患者的症状和生活质量，并有效降低血压水平。中医辩证治疗强调个体化和整体平衡，通过辨识不同证型如肝阳上亢、阴虚阳亢等，采取相应的治疗手段，如针灸、推拿、拔罐和中药敷贴等。尽管存在研究方法的局限性和对不同证型治疗效果评估的不明确，但中医辩证联合外治法在老年性高血压治疗中显示出显著的临床优势。但中医辩证联合外治法治疗老年性高血压仍缺乏更多的循证医学证据支持，故未来应着重开展该领域的临床研究及基础研究探索。

Abstract: Senile hypertension is one of the common cardiovascular diseases in the elderly, and its treatment has been the focus of medical attention. As a traditional treatment method, TCM dialectical combined external treatment has shown its unique potential and advantage in the treatment of senile hypertension. This study systematically discussed the application of TCM dialectical combined with external treatment in the treatment of senile hypertension by literature review. The results showed that the combination of TCM dialectical treatment and external treatment could significantly improve patients’ symptoms and quality of life, and effectively reduce blood pressure levels. The dialectical treatment of TCM emphasizes individualization and overall balance. By identifying different syndrome types such as liver-yang hyperactivity, Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity, corresponding treatment methods are adopted, such as acupuncture, massage, cupping and TCM application. Despite the limitations of the research method and the unclear evaluation of the therapeutic effect of different syndrome types, TCM dialectical combined with external treatment has shown significant clinical advantages in the treatment of senile hypertension. However, the combination of TCM dialectical and external treatment for senile hypertension still lacks more evidence-based medical evidence support, so clinical research and basic research exploration in this field should be emphasized in the future.
