城市更新背景下文化街区活化利用研究——以济南山师东路文化街区为例

Study on the Activation and Utilization of Cultural Blocks in the Context of Urban Renewal—Taking Jinan Shanshi East Road Cultural Block as an Example

摘要: 在城市更新的进程中，城市空间结构持续转变，城市更新成为城市发展的一种新方式。文化街区的活化利用成为推动城市可持续发展和提升文化价值的重要策略。本文以济南山师东路文化街区为研究对象，基于城市更新理论与活化利用的相关理论，探讨在现代化背景下文化街区的更新与活化路径。并有针对性地提出了在城市更新的背景下历史文化街区的活化利用策略。

Abstract: In the process of urban renewal, the urban spatial structure continues to change, and urban renewal has become a new way of urban development. The activation and utilization of cultural blocks has become an important strategy to promote sustainable urban development and enhance cultural value. This paper takes Jinan Shanshi East Road cultural block as the research object, and discusses the renewal and activation path of cultural block under the background of modernization based on the theories of urban renewal and activation utilization. It also puts forward the activation and utilization strategy of historical and cultural blocks under the background of urban renewal.
