摘要: 本设计为老别墅书店的建筑外环境设计，把建筑施工时需要的材料元素与文化内涵融入空间设计中的设计原则，以可持续性的原则来承载属于老城市建筑的记忆。从色彩、材质、风格等方面进行全方位设计，打造与众不同并且能符合人们活动习惯的户外环境设计。铺装采用碎石子、多色砖块、植草砖等材料，场地东侧的装置设施采用遮阳布、防护网、脚手架和防渗半透明聚碳酸酯为设计亮点。在保留老别墅建筑特色的同时，为建筑外环境赋予新的活力和功能。

Abstract: It is the design of the external environment of the old villa bookstore, integrating the material elements and cultural connotations required for the construction of the building into the design principles of space design, and carrying the memory of the old city architecture with the principle of sustainability. From the aspects of color, material, style, etc., we design an outdoor environment that is unique and can meet people’s activity habits. The pavement is made of gravel, multi-colored bricks, grass bricks and other materials, and the installation on the east side of the site is made of sunshade cloth, protective netting, scaffolding and impermeable translucent polycarbonate as design highlights. While retaining the architectural characteristics of the old villa, it gives new vitality and function to the external environment of the building.
