Optimization and Standardization of Nursing Experimental Courses in Internal and External Medicine under the New Medical Education Background

摘要: 在新医科背景下，切实践行“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的发展理念，优化内外科实验课设置、标准化实验课流程，对培养具有临床思维、综合运用知识能力和动手能力的新型护理人才具有重要意义。文章首先分析了高校护理学本科生内外科护理学实验课存在的问题，构建护理学本科生内外科护理学实验课教学改革方案，并进一步评估教学改革的效果，为高校护理学内外科实验课程改进和人才顺利培养提供借鉴思路。

Abstract: In the new medical education context, it is crucial to practice the development philosophy of “student-centered, output-oriented, continuous improvement” to optimize the setting and standardize the flow of the internal and external nursing experiment courses, which is of great significance for cultivating new nursing talents with clinical thinking, comprehensive knowledge application ability, and hands-on skills. This article first analyzes the problems existing in the internal and external medicine nursing experiment courses for undergraduates in nursing schools, and then constructs a teaching reform scheme for the internal and external medicine nursing experiment courses for undergraduates. Furthermore, the effect of the teaching reform is evaluated, providing reference ideas for the improvement of the internal and external medicine experiment courses in colleges and the smooth cultivation of talents.
