深度老龄化社会下我国建设适老化商业街的必要性和重要性研究

Research on the Necessity and Importance of Constructing Elderly-Friendly Commercial Streets in China under the Background of a Deeply Aging Society

摘要: 自改革开放以来，我国社会经济不断发展，生活质量明显提高，群众生育观念发生了变化，人民群众对生育问题的认识不断提高。随着生育政策的实施和人口流动的加大，我国已进入深度老龄化阶段，面临少子老龄化、城乡差距、东部与西部发展不均衡以及高龄化速度加快等问题。“十四五”规划对“积极应对人口老龄化”提出了明确要求，为解决老龄化问题，文章将结合定性分析和定量分析，通过数据分析法、文献研究法对我国老龄化现状进行分析，深入探讨建设适老化商业街的重要性和必要价值。

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, China’s social economy has been developing continuously, the quality of life has improved obviously, the mass birth concept has changed, and the people’s understanding of the birth problem has been improving constantly. With the implementation of the birth policy and the increase of population flow, China has entered a deep aging stage, facing problems such as the aging of young children, the gap between urban and rural areas, the uneven development between the east and the west, and the acceleration of aging. The “14th Five-Year Plan” puts forward clear requirements for “actively coping with the aging population”. In order to solve the aging problem, this paper will combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, analyze the aging situation in China through data analysis and literature research, and deeply discuss the importance and necessary value of building age-appropriate commercial streets.
