异型包装卷烟产品柔性化成型模具的开发设计

摘要: 随着卷烟市场的个性化需求,消费者对产品的吸味和包装要求越来越高,异型包装的柔性智能制造对卷烟工厂快速响应市场需求、提升品牌价值、更好地占领市场具有重要意义。目前对于异型包装卷烟产品的包装主要通过手工的方式完成,但手工包装的效率不仅低,且手工包装产品质量一致性很难保证。由此,有必要对手工包装烟支的方式进行改进及设计,以解决手工包装烟支工作效率低及包装产品质量参差不齐的问题。本文通过将烟支内壳模具、烟支装盒模具及烟支外壳膜具集成烟支手工包装的装置及方法,能够在对烟支进行包装时,烟支内壳模具、烟支装盒模具及烟支外壳膜具三者协同配合,可对烟支进行包装,这样,不仅提高了人工包装烟支的工作效率,还确保包装的烟支质量一致,以解决手工包装烟支工作效率低及包装产品质量参差不齐的问题。
Abstract: With the personalized needs of the cigarette market, consumers have higher and higher requirements for product flavor absorption and packaging, and the flexible intelligent manufacturing of special-shaped packaging is of great significance for cigarette factories to respond quickly to market demand, enhance brand value, and better occupy the market. At present, the packaging of special-shaped cigarette products is mainly completed by hand, but the efficiency of manual packaging is not only low, but also the quality consistency of manual packaging products is difficult to ensure. Therefore, it is necessary to improve and design the way of manual cigarette packaging to solve the problem of low efficiency and uneven quality of manual cigarette packaging products. In this paper, the device and method of manual cigarette packaging are integrated into the cigarette inner shell mold, cigarette packing mold and cigarette shell film. When cigarette packaging is carried out, the cigarette inner shell mold, cigarette packing mold and cigarette shell film can cooperate with each other to package cigarettes. In this way, the work efficiency of manual cigarette packaging is not only improved. It also ensures that the quality of the packaged cigarettes is consistent to solve the problem of low efficiency of manual cigarette packaging and uneven quality of the packaged products.
