摘要: 宣透法在温病的使用尤为突出，运用其用药原理和思路，可以治疗痤疮的各个阶段，痤疮发病虽有先天、后天两个因素，且五脏皆可致病，但与肺的功能最为密切，多热、瘀等病理因素造成。本文从宣透法的含义、相关理论支持及临床运用来介绍，希望能有助于临床上相关病的治疗。

Abstract: The use of Xuantou method is particularly prominent in treating WENBING. By applying its medication principles and ideas, it can treat various stages of acne. Although acne is caused by congenital and acquired factors, and can be caused by the five organs, it is most closely related to the function of the lungs, which are often caused by pathological factors such as heat and blood stasis. This article introduces the meaning, theoretical support, and clinical application of the Xuantou method, hoping to contribute to the treatment of related diseases in clinical practice.
