基于SWOT分析的医院电子档案共享共建研究

A Study of Hospital Electronic Records Sharing and Co-Construction Based on SWOT Analysis

摘要: 随着医院信息化建设的不断深入，电子档案共享平台已经成为了人们日常工作中不可缺少的一部分。但是，由于我国大部分医院对于医患关系不够重视、缺乏专业人才以及相关法律法规不健全等因素，使得医疗资源不能得到有效利用和合理配置；同时在进行信息管理过程中会出现人为操作失误导致数据丢失或者重复录入而造成数据混乱现象等等问题，都会阻碍电子档案共享平台建设的进程。因此文章首先分析了当前医院的信息化发展现状，然后提出了基于SWOT分析的医院电子档案建设过程中出现的问题，最后基于SWOT分析提出解决策略。

Abstract: With the deepening of hospital information construction, electronic file-sharing platforms have become an indispensable part of people’s daily work. However, most of the hospitals in China do not pay enough attention to the doctor-patient relationship, lack of professionals, and the relevant laws and regulations are not sound and other factors that make the effective use of medical resources and reasonable allocation. At the same time, in the process of information management, there will be human error, which leads to loss of data or repeated entry, data confusion, and so on, which will impede the construction of the electronic file-sharing platform. Therefore, this paper first analyses the current development status of information technology in hospitals, then puts forward the problems in the construction process of hospital electronic records based on SWOT analysis, and finally puts forward the solution strategies based on SWOT analysis.
