Exploration and Practice of the Integrated Development of Rural Commercial Banks and E-Commerce—Taking TK Rural Commercial Bank as an Example

摘要: 近年来，随着互联网的不断发展，电子商务方兴未艾，涌现出阿里、京东、拼多多之类的电商巨头。其他单品类网购平台层出不穷。TK农商行作为地方经济的主力金融机构，正面临着“大变局”。本文旨在从TK农商行的特有优势和电商模式发展的反哺为基础，探讨地方性经济如TK农商行与现代电商网络平台融合发展的现状、存在的问题以及可行的策略，以期为TK农商行在数字经济时代实现转型升级提供参考。

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of the Internet, e-commerce is on the ascendant, and the emergence of e-commerce giants such as Ali, Jingdong and Pinduoduo. Other single-category online shopping platforms emerge in an endless stream. As the main financial institution of the local economy, TK Rural Commercial Bank is facing “big changes”. This paper aims to, based on the unique advantages of TK Rural Commercial Bank and the feedback of e-commerce model development, discuss the current situation, existing problems and feasible strategies of the local economy of TK Rural Commercial Bank and the integrated development of modern e-commerce network platform, in order to provide reference for TK Rural Commercial Bank to realize the transformation and upgrading in the digital economy era.
