数字化背景下电商供应链的研究热点与前沿分析

摘要: 在数字化迅速发展的背景下,电商供应链运营模式正经历深刻变革,数字化技术的应用提升了信息流、物流和资金流的整合效率。本文通过文献计量分析与CiteSpace知识图谱梳理了数字化电商供应链的研究热点和趋势,结果表明,相关研究逐年增加,特别是2020年以来,研究热度显著上升。关键词分析显示,研究焦点集中在跨境电商、数字化转型、农村电商等领域,反映了数字化技术在提升电商供应链效率和应对市场变化方面的重要作用。最后,对未来的理论研究侧重点,数字化与电商供应链的发展方向提出展望。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid digitalization, the operation mode of the e-commerce supply chain is undergoing profound changes, and the application of digital technology has improved the integration efficiency of information flow, logistics, and capital flow. This article combs the research hotspots and trends of digital e-commerce supply chain through bibliometric analysis and CiteSpace knowledge map. The results show that relevant research has increased year by year, especially since 2020, when the research heat has significantly increased. Keyword analysis shows that research focuses on cross-border e-commerce, digital transformation, rural e-commerce and other fields, reflecting the important role of digital technology in improving the efficiency of the e-commerce supply chain and responding to market changes. Finally, the focus of future theoretical research is proposed, and the development direction of digitalization in the e-commerce supply chain is prospected.
