Abstract: Chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment (CRCI) is a common adverse effect of chemotherapy in cancer patients, with a particularly high incidence among cancer survivors. This condition signi- ficantly impacts patients’ treatment adherence and quality of life. Currently, there is no definitive and effective treatment for CRCI; the main therapeutic approaches include pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions. In recent years, there has been a proliferation of treatments for CRCI, and numerous randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews related to these interventions have been published. Therefore, this article reviews the progress of various therapeutic approaches for chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment, aiming to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
