数字教材编写中的高校外语教师角色转变

摘要: 本文探讨了数字教材编写中高校外语教师的角色转变及其面临的挑战与对策。随着教育信息化的推进,高校外语教师在数字教材编写过程中已从传统的语言知识传授者向多重角色转变,包括学习资源的开发者、学习过程的引导者以及数字技术的融合者。然而,这一角色转变过程中,教师们面临着传统观念束缚、时间与精力不够、以及技术障碍等多重挑战。为应对这些挑战,教师们通过加强培训与学习、开展团队协作、以及持续学习新技术等策略,不断提升自己的数字教材编写能力和教学效果。同时,学校及相关部门也需要为教师们提供必要的政策支持和资金保障。本研究旨在为高校外语教师在数字教材编写中的专业发展提供一些有益的思考,同时为外语教学实践提供参考。
Abstract: This paper discusses the transformation of college foreign language teachers’ role in digital textbook development, as well as the challenges they face and corresponding countermeasures. With the advancement of information-based education, foreign language teachers in colleges and universities have transformed their roles from traditional language knowledge transmitters to multiple roles, including developing learning resources, guiding students’ learning and integrating updated technology in digital textbook development. However, in the process of this role transformation, teachers encounter multiple challenges such as constraints on conventional teaching patterns, insufficient time and energy commitment, and technological barriers. In order to tackle these challenges, teachers need to improve their competence in digital textbook development and teaching effectiveness through engagement in training and learning, peer collaboration, and continuous learning of updated technology. Meanwhile, colleges and relevant departments need to provide teachers with the necessary policy support and financial stimulus. This study aims to provide some insights on the professional development of college foreign language teachers in digital textbook development, as well as offer references for foreign language teaching practice.
